NBA: Cleveland 94, LA Clippers 77

CLEVELAND, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Zydrunas Ilgauskas and Sasha Pavlovic scored 16 points apiece Wednesday night to lead Cleveland's 94-77 rout of the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Cavaliers jumped out to a 9-4 lead before the contest was two minutes old, and had a 54-43 lead at the half.

The advantage grew to 74-61 heading into the fourth quarter.

Larry Hughes had 15 points, three rebounds and four assists. Drew Gooden had 13 points and five rebounds, and LeBron James -- still playing with a right big toe injury -- had 11 points, seven rebounds and three assists for the Cavaliers, who have won two of their last three games.

Elton Brand had 21 points and seven rebounds to lead the Clippers. Shaun Livingston had 19 points and seven rebounds; and Sam Cassell added 14 points, six rebounds and eight assists for the Clippers, who have a three-game losing streak.
