Michelle Wie and Laura Davies tied for second place at 15-under 273.

It was Webb's third win of the season and 33rd of her career. She claimed the Kraft Nabisco Championship and Michelob Ultra Open earlier this season.

"I am really thrilled," said Webb, who last won three LPGA events in a single season in 2001. "I played very solidly."

"When I look back at it, I could not have played harder today," said Wie, who fell short in the quest for her first tournament victory. "I am getting very close."

Mi Hyun Kim was fourth at 14-under 274; Lorena Ochoa (275) fifth; Se Ri Pak (276), and 2005 champion Paula Creamer was seventh at 277.
