Monday, with runners on first and second and one out in the seventh, Wayne (3-2) ended up hanging a slider to Griffey, who pulled it over the right field wall for his 13th homer of the season.

Sean Casey helped the Reds erase a 5-0 deficit with two homers and four RBI.

Barry Larkin and Casey hit back-to-back homers in the fifth to give the Reds a 6-5 lead.

The Marlins reclaimed the lead with a pair of runs in the sixth. The first scored on a throwing error by catcher Jason LaRue and Mike Lowell singled home the second.
