Zendaya, Fifth Harmony, Jennifer Lawrence win Kids' Choice Awards

INGLEWOOD, Calif., March 13 (UPI) -- Star Wars: The Force Awakens was voted Favorite Movie at the Kids' Choice Awards ceremony, which aired on Nickelodeon Saturday night.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 actress Jennifer Lawrence and Daddy's Home actor Will Ferrell were presented with the prizes for Favorite Movie Actress and Actor, and Hotel Transylvania 2 was recognized as Favorite Animated Movie.

The Muppets won for Favorite Family TV Show, SpongeBob Squarepants for Favorite Cartoon, Cake Boss for Favorite Cooking Show, The Voice for Favorite Talent Competition and The Thundermans for Favorite TV show, while Zendaya was declared Favorite Female Star in a Kids Show for K.C. Undercover and Ross Lynch picked up the prize for Favorite Male Star in a Kids Show for Austin & Ally.

Jim Parsons earned the honor for Favorite Male Star in a Family Show for The Big Bang Theory and Sofia Vergara went home with the Favorite Female Star in a Family Show trophy for Modern Family.

Fifth Harmony scored the accolade for Favorite Music Group, Ariana Grande won for Favorite Female Singer, Justin Bieber for Favorite Male Singer and Shawn Mendes for Favorite New Artist.

"Hello" was deemed Favorite Song of the Year and Charlie Puth and Wiz Khalifa's "See You Again" Favorite Collaboration.

Blake Shelton hosted the Kids' Choice Awards show at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif.
