NEW YORK, July 11 (UPI) -- Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon can get his guests to do the darndest things and Wednesday's episode with Kelly Ripa was no different.

The Live with Kelly and Michael host willingly wrapped herself in a poncho and sat under a huge balloon filled with four gallons of water.

Fallon and Ripa played a trivia game in which their chairs were raised upward toward the balloon depending on whether they answered their questions correctly. Oh, and they were wearing large hats with pointed tips on the top.

Fallon lost the game when he couldn't answer "What was the first commercial album released on CD in the United States?" The answer was Bruce Springsteen's Born in the U.S.A., but Fallon didn't know that and was raised high enough to pop the water balloon above his head.

Despite winning, Ripa wasn't safe and she, too, was raised until her hat popped her water balloon.
