LOS ANGELES, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry and TLC have joined the lineup of performers for the 2013 American Music Awards, producers announced Wednesday.

The ceremony is to be broadcast live on ABC from the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE Nov. 24.

Perry will open the program with "Unconditionally," the second single from her new album, "PRISM," while Lopez will perform a tribute to music icon Celia Cruz.

The two surviving members of the Atlanta vocal trio TLC will take the stage with a special unannounced guest. Member Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez died in a car crash more than a decade ago.

Other performers booked to sing at this month's AMAs show include Luke Bryan, Miley Cyrus, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Gaga, Ke$ha, Imagine Dragons, Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, One Direction and Justin Timberlake.

Pitbull is to serve as host of the event.
