Bieber to perform at NYC Christmas-tree lighting

NEW YORK, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Tony Bennett, Justin Bieber and Michael Buble have been booked to sing at the Christmas-tree lighting ceremony at Rockefeller Center in New York, NBC said.

Cee Lo Green, Faith Hill, Carole King, Katharine McPhee, Javier Colon and The Radio City Rockettes also are to perform at the 79th annual holiday event, which is to be broadcast on the network Nov. 30. Al Roker and Savannah Guthrie are to serve as co-hosts of the program.

This year's Norway spruce is 74 feet tall and 46 feet in diameter. It weighs 10 tons.
