NASHVILLE, Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Miranda Lambert led the field with eight nods when nominations for the 50th annual Academy of Country Music Awards were announced Friday.
Dierks Bentley followed close behind with seven nominations, with Florida Georgia Line racking up five nods, and Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney and Eric Church each earning four.
Winners are to be announced April 19 at a ceremony at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan are to serve as co-hosts of the event, which will air on CBS.
