Neighbors complain of smell, San Francisco bacon restaurant shut down
LOS ANGELES, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Usher's alleged refusal to submit to a drug test in a custody dispute has his ex-wife asking a judge to order the singer to follow through.
Tameka Raymond returned to court to ask the judge in their child-custody case to compel Usher to stop stalling and be tested.
TMZ.com said Sunday Raymond is seeking proof Usher has been abusing prescription drugs in front of their children and wants him tested quickly before they clear his system.
Usher has been balking on the grounds Raymond's allegations are baseless and meant to embarrass him. There was no immediate response from Usher's camp to Raymond's request.
