LOS ANGELES, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Kobe Bryant delighted fans Wednesday by sharing a first photo of his new daughter. The 38-year-old retired Los Angeles Lakers star introduced baby Bianka on Instagram after welcoming the infant with wife Vanessa Bryant earlier this month.

"@vanessabryant and I are beyond excited to welcome our newest baby girl, Bianka!! #BabyBlessing #SweetBaby #AnotherAngel," he captioned the picture.
TMZ had reported Dec. 8 that Bryant and Vanessa recently welcomed their third child. The couple are also parents to two other daughters, 13-year-old Natalia and 10-year-old Gianna, and announced they were expecting again in July.
"Beyond blessed and excited to share that we are expecting our third baby girl!!! #Blessed #BabyMamba #Thankful" the pair said at the time.
Bryant said in an interview with Access Hollywood at the ESPY Awards the same month that "having three girls is a huge, huge blessing." He retired from the NBA in April after 20 years with the Los Angeles Lakers.
