Baby Mamba: Kobe and Vanessa Bryant expecting third daughter

LOS ANGELES, July 13 (UPI) -- Black Mamba is clearing the lane for a Baby Mamba as Kobe Bryant is poised for another three-peat.

Kobe Bryant announced that his wife Vanessa is expecting her third child, Tuesday on Instagram.

For the announcement of his third daughter, Bryant posted a photo of a onesie that read: "Baby Mamba," along with a pair of his shoes and a bowtie.

"Beyond blessed and excited to share that we are expecting our third baby girl!!! #Blessed #BabyMamba#Thankful," Byrant wrote in the caption.

Bryant retired in April, after netting 60 points in his final game. His brilliant 20-year career included 18 All-Star appearances and five NBA titles. His Los Angeles Lakers won three titles from 1999 to 2001 for a three-peat, while also snatching the trophy in 2008 and 2009.
