LOS ANGELES, April 14 (UPI) -- Tori Spelling suffered a serious burn from a hibachi grill at Benihana during lunch with her family on Easter Sunday.

The injury, located on her right arm, is being treated with skin grafts this week in order to minimize the burn's effects.

The reality star and author apparently experienced the burn soon after posting an Instagram photo of her and her nephew with the caption, "At #Easter lunch with my amazing family and extended family. Loving on my precious nephew Boz!" She reportedly tripped and fell on the grill.

PerezHilton.com reveals that she was instructed by her doctor to visit The Grossman Burn Center in West Hills, Calif., for treatment.

After the lunch, she posted another photo with an equally positive vibe, "Perfect #Easter Sunday! Aside from the Benihana Burn!" which ensures that she was not too shaken up by the incident.

Spelling has been to the hospital multiple times this week for treatment, Entertainment Tonight reports, but continues to work.
