LOS ANGELES, April 9 (UPI) -- Jennie Garth and actor Dave Abrams are engaged.
The 43-year-old actress and her beau have been together since the fall, and got engaged this month around the time of Garth's birthday.

"Dave had been working on this for months, and really wanted to plan something special for her around her birthday and make it perfect," a source told People magazine.
Garth was previously married to Peter Facinelli, who got engaged to actress Jaimie Alexander in March. She and the actor were married from 2001 to 2013, and have three daughters: 17-year-old Luca, 12-year-old Lola and 8-year-old Fiona.
Garth is known for portraying Kelly Taylor on Fox series Beverly Hills, 90210, and reprised the character for The CW reboot 90210. She last starred with Tori Spelling on short-lived ABC Family sitcom Mystery Girls, while Abrams recently appeared on CBS comedy 2 Broke Girls.
