NEW YORK, April 21 (UPI) -- Australian model Miranda Kerr shared a couple photos of her birthday presents on her Instagram account over the weekend.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel turned 31 on Sunday, April 20, and per the caption of one of her photos, she felt like one lucky birthday girl.

"Birthday Ballon's #luckygirl #fun #joy," Kerr wrote alongside a photo of a couple dozens balloons she posted on Intagram.

The photo came two days after Kerr shared a picture of a sunset in New York City and another one of a "surprise early birthday gift."

Since ending her run with Victoria's Secret in March 2013, Kerr has become the face of several brands, including crystal house Swarovski, shopping website ShopStyle, and Swedish retailer H&M.

Kerr recently appeared in a video for British magazine Love dressed as an Easter bunny.
