Idina Menzel broke her silence about the time John Travolta called her Adele Dazeem before she performed at the 86th Academy Awards during an interview for Billboard magazine.

Travolta was supposed to introduce Menzel, 42, before she sang her hit song Let It Go from the Oscar-winning movie, Frozen, but the actor ended up calling her a completely different name.

"That threw me for a minute, but then I just got back on track and reminded myself of where I was," Menzel said of the mishap. "He was really gracious and sent this gorgeous email, and we're buddies and it's all cool."

The Tony-winner added that Travolta also sent her flowers after the incident and that in the end she's only "benefited" from the mistake -- as news of incident went viral quickly after it happened.
