LOS ANGELES, Feb. 29 (UPI) -- Hollywood's "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" reportedly is set to debut at the Cannes Film Festival in France this May.

The highly anticipated fourth installment in the "Indiana Jones" franchise is expected to premiere at the famed festival May 18 -- four days before the adventure flick is to hit theaters, Variety.com said Friday.

Although organizers won't confirm the festival's lineup until April, the entertainment industry trade paper said Paramount insiders are confident "Indiana Jones" will be included, even though director Steven Spielberg is still finishing it.

The film stars Harrison Ford, Cate Blanchett and Shia LaBeouf.
