'View' co-hosts defend S.E. Cupp over Hustler photo
LONDON, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Hollywood actress Halle Berry, 37, who stars as the curvaceous "Catwoman," said women's obsession with youth frightens her and cosmetic surgery is insane.
"We've become obsessed with beauty and the fountain of youth. I'm really saddened by the way women mutilate their faces today in search of that," Berry said while in London to promote Tuesday's premiere of "Catwoman," Britain's Sun reported.
"I see women in their 30s pulling this up and tucking that back. It's like a slippery slope. Once you start you pull one thing one way and then you think, 'Oh my God, I've got to do the other side.' There is this plastic, copycat look evolving and that's frightening to me. It's really insane," she said.
