LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 13 (UPI) -- Nick and Jessica, Kid Rock, a couple of Jackson siblings and a dozen or two more celebrities are set to attend Kentucky Derby Eve's biggest party.
Gala queen Patricia Barnstable Brown's guest list boasts more star power than ever before for her annual Derby Eve party April 30 at the Barnstable Brown's Highlands home, the Louisville Courier-Journal reported Tuesday.
"This is a dream come true -- this year's guest list and how excited they all are," said Barnstable Brown, who co-hosts the event with her sister, Priscilla Barnstable.
Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey have planned to attend the gala with an MTV crew to film a segment for their popular "Newlyweds" series.
Nicole Richie from "The Simple Life," former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland, "Sex and the City" star Kim Cantrall, Jermaine and LaToya Jackson, country music's George Strait, and actress Lynn Redgrave are among the guests.
This year's theme, "Fairy Tales Do Come True," will feature dancers on multiple stages acting out various fairy tales, with rooms decorated after "Jack and the Beanstalk," "Cinderella" and more.
