Odyssey joins Air Force support program

WAKEFIELD, Mass., Oct. 23 (UPI) -- A U.S. Air Force contract for engineering and technology support has been given to Odyssey Systems Consulting Group of Massachusetts.

The Technology Acquisition Support Services II contract, which supports the Air Forece's Life Cycle Management Center, has a five-year period of performance and a maximum value of $851 million.

Five companies, including Odyssey Systems, were given the award.

Odyssey Systems said technology related advisory and assistance services it will provide for the Air Force's Battle Management, Command, Control, Communications and Networks, and Business Enterprise Systems portfolios include systems and specialty engineering; architecture development; modeling and simulation, test and evaluation; and information assurance.

Odyssey's team members for the contract include Battelle, Blue Force LLC, DSD Laboratories, EWA, MacAulay Brown, Paradigm Technologies Inc., Quasars Inc., The SI Organization, Vantage Applications and Wyle.
