$261M in new contracts for CACI

ARLINGTON, Va., July 30 (UPI) -- Contracts worth $261 million for tailored information solutions and services to U.S. intelligence organizations have been announced by CACI International Inc.

CACI said the awards came in the fourth quarter of its 2012 fiscal year, which ended June 30, and include $233 million in new business.

The entities that issued the contracts and the specific work to be performed weren't disclosed.

"CACI provides a wide range of intelligence solutions and services, including support that helps our clients capture and analyze vital information to enhance decision making, use advanced analysis to detect and defeat asymmetric threats and safeguard sensitive national activities," said John Mengucci, CACI's chief operating officer and president of the company's U.S. operations.

CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Dan Allen said the contracts underscore company growth and expertise.

"In fiscal year 2012 alone, we won nearly a billion dollars in national intelligence work -- a testament to our ability to grow in our intelligence market segment and bring value to national security missions."
