CACI completes Paradigm acquisition

ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 6 (UPI) -- CACI International Inc. has acquired Maryland cybersecurity company Paradigm Holdings Inc., expanding CACI's offerings to U.S. government agencies.

Paradigm Holdings is the parent organization of Paradigm Solutions Corp. Clients for its cybersecurity offerings include the U.S. Department of Defense, Federal Aviation Administration, Defense Information Systems Agency, and the departments of State, Energy and Treasury.

Paradigm's revenue for calendar year 2011 is projected to be $55 million. CACI paid $61.5 million for Paradigm. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to CACI's earnings per share during its first 12 months.
