SINGAPORE, April 4 (UPI) -- New cases in Singapore's outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome, or SARS, appears to be tailing off, health officials announced Friday. Only 24 SARS patients remained hospitalized, with 69 patients discharged -- but another death brought the death toll to six in the tiny nation, they added.
