NEW DELHI, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- More than 100 people were feared killed Tuesday after six train cars of a speeding express passenger train derailed and plunged into a swollen river in eastern India. Railway officials said the wreck may be the result of sabotage since the fishplates used to keep the railway track together were missing.
