TAIPEI, Taiwan, March 31 (UPI) -- At least four people were killed and more than 200 injured when a powerful earthquake struck Taiwan on Sunday. Taiwan's Central Weather Bureau said the quake, which measured 6.8 on the Richter scale, was centered about 108 miles east of Taipei.
