Aide sued as Milosevic rests from trial

BELGRADE, Serbia, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- Former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic took the day off Friday from his trial at the U.N. war crimes tribunal in The Hague as his one-time top assistant was reportedly accused of responsibility for the deaths of seven soldiers during NATO's 1999 war with Yugoslavia over Kosovo. He is accused of crimes against humanity and war crimes in Kosovo.
