WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- The Agriculture Department's Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued recalls for 6,200 pounds of Wolfgang Puck soups because they were labeled as garbanzo and pinto beans and 150 pounds of pork sausage that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The Food and Drug Administration posted a recall of dried sweep potato because they contain sulfites not listed on the ingredient label, posing the threat of severe allergic reaction for some people and for those suffering from asthma.
The FSIS said it discovered the mislabeling of the soup through routine microbiological sampling. The recalled soups were produced by Chiquita Processed Foods LLC of Payette, Idaho, and distributed to retail stores in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Cans of Chicken Parmesan with Pasta, produced Nov. 2, were labeled as S&W Garbanzo Beans while cans of Grilled Chicken with Rice, produced Sept. 20, were labeled as S&W Pinto Beans.

Special America's BBQ Inc. of Opa Locka, Fla., recalled 1-pound packages of Special America's Mr. Tango Cuban Brand Cooked Butifarra cured sausage with lot No. 355 and a sell-by date of Feb. 20. Establishment No. 11179 appears inside the USDA seal of inspection.
The affected sausage was produced Dec. 20 and distributed to retail stores in Miami. The problem was discovered through routine FSIS microbiological sampling. FSIS said it has received no reports of illness associated with the product.

The problem with the Sin Muk-Sang sweet potato was discovered through routine sampling by the New York Department of Agriculture and Markets.
The recalled 8-ounce packages carry the code Q/LNS01-1997. The sweet potato should be returned to the company.
