Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Despite a report that Barbara Walters really wanted to name whistleblower Edward Snowden 2013's "Most Fascinating Person," the annual title has gone to Hillary Clinton, who sat down with the news veteran to discuss her presidential aspirations and the need for a woman in the White House.
“I will look carefully at what I think I can do and make that decision sometime next year,” Clinton said when Walters asked her whether she'd run for president in 2016.
