New England Patriot Rob Gronkowski has reportedly made a full recovery from his offseason injury. However, the tight end is expected to sit out the upcoming game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

According to Yahoo! Sports, the Patriots' decision to keep Gronkowski out of the lineup is due to the fact that they've won the previous two games of the season with the current lineup while Tampa Bay has been struggling.

Coach Bill Belichick and offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels think is a better idea to let Gronkowski rest for one more week, to ensure an even fuller recovery.

The tight end has been practicing with the team after recovering from the several surgeries he underwent to repair his left forearm, broken twice during the 2012 regular season. He also had back surgery to repair a disc problem.
