Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli, who finalized their divorce back in June, have finally sold their Toluca Lake estate after three years on the market. The 8,416-square-foot house was purchased by "Big Bang Theory" co-creator Bill Prady, who will no doubt appreciate his new home's proximity to Burbank's TV studios.

Garth and Facinelli sold Prady the six-bedroom home for $2 million less than the asking price, though they still pulled in $3.99 million.

Built in 1937, the property was designed by renowned architect Paul Williams. It features a pool, playground, outdoor kitchen and a five-car garage. The late actor John Ritter spent his childhood there.

Facinelli filed for divorce back in 2012, but the former couple have kept their relationship amicable for their sake of their three children -- Luca, 15, Lola, 10 and Fiona, 6. They agreed to split custody equally and denied spousal support.
