Miley Cyrus shows some skin in Big Sean's new 'Fire' video

By KATE STANTON, UPI.com

Big Sean, set to release his second album later this month, put Miley Cyrus in the music video for his latest single, "Fire," in which the former Disney Channel star struts around wearing her now-signature cropped shirt look.

The 25-year-old rapper, whose sophomore effort drops August 27, took to Twitter over the weekend to discuss the inspiration behind the video -- Cyrus' "personal evolution."

"A special video for a special song," he said.

I got Miley Cyrus for this video because she's somebody who's had a personal evolution as a lot of us have had. Besides all the personal stories I tell in the song, there are so many other ways people can make it through the fire. i think Miley did a great job as a metaphor for strong women, being strong person after heartbreak (hence the burning pic that could symbolize her old romance), or maybe even deeper problems but in the end remaining as elegant as a rose.

It's a cool visual that has a cool concept and meaning to it. Thanks to @MileyCyrus for being down everybody who helped make it happen!
