After a one-year deal with the Lakers, Antawn Jamison is on the market again.
Last season, Jamison played in hopes of a Lakers title. Mid-season, he suffered a wrist injury that limited his play time and prevented him from defining his role on the team.
Now, Jamison is carefully considering where he goes next.
He was rumored to be considering the Memphis Grizzlies, but reporter Chris Herrington said Jamison is unlikely to become a Grizzly.

That leaves the Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Clippers and the Charlotte Bobcats, who have all shown interest in the 37-year-old free agent.
He is taking his time making the decision this time around.
“I think last year, getting the opportunity to play for the Lakers and their organization, I really jumped into it,” Jamison said. “Didn’t really view my options, but this year I really want to make sure I’m going to the right situation, where I have a good rapport with the coaching staff and also with management I’m able to communicate and get an understanding of what they want from me.”
As one of the older players in the league, Jamison only has a few years left to play. His decision will be based on the amount of play time prospective teams can promise, especially after his recent injury.
Jamison is expected to get a veteran deal, which would guarantee him at least $1.39 million. Players typically pick up veteran deals late in their careers to pick up a title before retirement.
