McDonald's popular Monopoly sweepstakes returned to chains around the country this week, in which customers receive game tokens packaged with certain menu items.

That means that your meal could come with a token that wins you an instant prize, like a free McFlurry, or a collectable Monopoly property that you can combine with other tokens for larger prizes.

"Our customer's favorite promotion, Monopoly at McDonald's, is still going strong," the company said in a statement. "With cash, FIAT vehicles, trips to the Super Bowl, the Beats by Dre Pill, and your chance to win a $1 million prize on a Big Mac, this summer will be more fun than ever at McDonald's!

But according to Business Insider's Walter Hickey and The Atlantic Wire's Connor Simpson, the odds of finding McDonald's Monopoly's biggest prize, the $1 million payout for acquiring Boardwalk and Park Place, are nearly as tough as winning the actual lottery.

You have a 1 in 600 million chance of collecting Boardwalk and Park Place, and a 1 in 750 million chance of winning Powerball.

If you're itching to play, here are the rules.
