PSA urges Americans to stop caring about Amanda Bynes

Because there are scientists trying to cure cancer, countries at war and children facing starvation, a new Official Comedy PSA is urging people to stop caring about Amanda Bynes.

"We know it's not easy, but you can take the first step," says one of the presenters in the clip. "Go get a dog, take it for walks or something. Catch up on 'Breaking Bad'... Try calling back your parents."

The PSA's message to simple "stop caring" about Bynes comes days after the "She's The Man" star was released from jail after she was arrested for allegedly smoking marijuana in her apartment building's lobby, the latest misadventure in the Amanda Bynes downward spiral that began when the star quit acting and moved to New York to be a designer.
