Lindsay Lohan is pushing the Betty Ford Center to get her out in time for her birthday, Radar Online reported.

Lohan, 26, started her court-ordered 90-day rehab stint at the California center on May 3. She has tried to transfer facilities after Betty Ford took away her Adderall. Since she is stuck in the center, she has moved on to her next goal: getting out in time to celebrate her 27th birthday.

Lohan's birthday is July 2. To get out early, the center would have to write the court saying that Lohan did not need the full amount of treatment. If the center agreed she didn't need the time, Lohan would get out a full 30 days before her set departure.

But Radar sources said that Lohan's doctors think she needs more time in rehab, not less. Even if the center did send a letter, the rehab time was part of Lohan's plea deal. If she left early, she would go to jail, not be free to party.

This is Lohan's sixth trip to rehab, and seems to also be the most effective. Perez Hilton reported that Lohan has attended all of her group and one-on-one counseling sessions. Friends have said that Lohan looks the best she's looked in years.

Her parents Michael and Dina Lohan have put aside their divorce and are staying near the facility to attend family counseling.
