A man has been arrested after harassing Jennifer Lawrence's brother, E! reports.

The man, Canadian Zhao Han Cong, reportedly found Lawrence's brother so that he could get closer to her. FBI agents arrested Cong, 23, in Louisville, Ky. for charges of interstate stalking and harassing phone communications.

Cong tried to call Lawrence's brother Blaine more than 200 times in April. Cong, who referred to himself as Jennifer's husband for life, asked Blaine to put him in touch with his sister so he could protect her.

Cong said that if he did not get in touch with Lawrence, bad things might happen to the Lawrence family, including telling Blaine, "You got me really upset... when I'm upset, let's see what happens, all right?"

Police sent Cong to a local hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, and then took him into custody. They found Cong when he stopped at a gas station to ask for the Lawrences' address.
