Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo has called a report that he cheated on his girlfriend, Russian supermodel Irina Shayk, "pure fiction and forgery," after British tabloid The Sun said he had an affair with a Brazilian model named Andressa Urach, a.k.a. Miss BumBum.

Urach told The Sun that Ronaldo sent her "racy" text messages, and that the two spent hours in a hotel together before Real Madrid lost 4-1 to German team Borussia Dortmund last month.

“It was incredible, his body’s perfect, like a Greek god. He went on for hours and would not stop talking about my butt," she said.

In a post to his Facebook page on Saturday, Ronaldo said he felt "deeply outraged" by the allegations:

I was informed that “The Sun” newspaper, faithful to its editorial line, will publish an article where is given voice to a so called Andressa, someone seeking the limelight on my account. And I wonder why this happens one day before a very important game for my team… Deeply outraged by a situation intended, in vain, to afect my personal life, I just want to clarify that I was in fact at the Hotel Villa Magna on April 22nd giving an interview to Manu Sainz, something the reporter himself is able to corroborate. Everything else is pure fiction and forgery.

The Real Madrid forward and Portugal team captain has been dating Shayk since 2010.
