Kris Humphries sued over breach of contract by suit shop

Kris Humphries is being sued by a Beverly Hills suit shop over breach of contract.

TMZ reports Scott Hill from Scott Hill Bespoke Designs claims the Brooklyn Nets forward made an agreement with the store a few years ago in which he would receive a 30 percent discount on all their merchandise on the condition that he introduced two fellow NBA players to the store.

According to Hill, Humphries took the deal and proceeded to buy $46,000 worth of clothes using his new discount. However, not only did he fail to live up to his end of the deal, but he owes the store $6,000 in unpaid bills.

"The simple matter is that we hoped Kris would live up to his side of the agreement, but he chose not to appreciate that hard work my company put in," Hill told Hip Hollywood. "We gave Kris the opportunity to clear things up. For some time, there's been a difference of opinion on how things should be handled. Therefore, we had to take legal remedy."

Hill is suing Humphries for more than $52,000 alleging damages plus interest.
