It's hard to imagine that anything could be tougher than the verbal shouting matches made famous by the women of Bravo's "Real Housewives" series. But British "Beverly Hills" alum Lisa Vanderpump says "Dancing With the Stars" is her toughest gig yet.

“Oh my God -- I’m covered in [bruises]," she told Access Hollywood during rehearsal with her partner Gleb Savchenko. "I mean, it’s so much harder than I thought it would be! I have to be honest. It should come with a health warning.”

“I look OK on the outside, but inside I’m falling apart,” she said.

“It’s kind of intimidating," Vanderpump also said of the reality TV dance competition, now in its 16th season. "But you know what? If you land on your a**, or you screw up, that’s the journey isn’t it?”

After scoring 18 out of 30 points from the judges last week, Vanderpump begins her second week of the competition Monday with the jive.
