β€œIt may be the most expensive lease in the country,” listing agent Jeffrey Hyland said of the 8,930-square-foot mansion, which boasts a 22-foot-tall living room, 50-foot entry hall, spa facilities, an "art-deco night club" and a two-story library with wrap-around balcony, according to Hyland's website.

Built by banker Milton Gets in the 1920s, the so-called Beverly House is famous for having been home to WIlliam Randolph Hearst and his mistress, actress Marion Davies. The house has hosted the likes of Monaco's Prince Albert II, as well as John and Jacqueline Kennedy. It also appeared in "The Godfather" and "The Bodyguard."
