Custom Tattoo Design has won the latest battle against Facebook's photo censorship.

Over the past couple of weeks, the tattoo design company has been engaging in a "Yes I will, No you won't" type argument with Facebook, as the social site keeps removing a photo of a breast cancer survivor’s chest tattoo, and the design company continues to re post it.

The argument was settled after the company posted a message encouraging its followers to "Like'' and "Share" the photo to show their support for the "brave" woman who proudly got a tattoo over her double mastectomy to celebrate her defeat of cancer.

"Hello Everyone, This Tattoo was done for a woman who had breast cancer ! Facebook keeps removing the post in 24hour as an offensive photo do to nudity. However we feel this woman is both brave and strong so were going to post it anyways and ask for your awareness and support ; Please like and share this photo quickly to show your support for this and many other women who have lost so much. ( Kind Comments are welcome ) thanks!" the post read.

Since the message was posted on Feb 13, the photo has been shared over 118,000 times and liked over 140,000 times. In turn, Facebook stopped removing it

This isn't the first time the social media tool is criticized for its censorship rules. In the past, Facebook has been under fire for removing pictures displaying such images as a baby with a birth defect, a mother breastfeeding and a woman's elbow appearing to be one of her breasts.
