'Top Hooker' reality show is not what it sounds like

No, reality TV hasn't gone there yet.

Animal Planet has announced plans for a television series, intriguingly titled "Top Hooker," which pits expert fishers against each other in a series of "wild, never-before-seen fishing challenges," according to a network press release.

"Top Hooker" producers looking for "America's best fishermen" posted a casting call for the show earlier this year.

We are looking for COMPETITIVE, OUTGOING and SKILLED anglers, spear fishermen, game fishermen, fly fishermen, trawlers and trappers from all walks of life. It doesn't matter if your experience is commercial, sport or recreational. As long as you're skilled, adaptable and confident enough to take on anything we throw at you, you could win A BIG GRAND PRIZE and the title of Animal Planet's first Top Hooker.

"Top Hooker" premieres this summer.
