The love affair between first lady Michelle Obama and pop superstar Beyoncé continues. In a new video, above, for the Obama campaign, Beyoncé talks about a letter she wrote to Obama back in April, posting it on her official website.
"I wrote a letter to the first lady because I wanted her to know that I'm very grateful for everything she's doing for our country, and also for women around the world."
Obama responded on Twitter:
@Beyonce Thank you for the beautiful letter and for being a role model who kids everywhere can look up to. –mo

The letter exchange wasn't the first show of mutual admiration between the two women.
The singer provided the music for the Obama's first dance at the Inaugural Ball in January 2009. She also works with the first lady's "Let's Move" initiative, remaking her "Get Me Bodied" video into a "Move Your Body" middle school cafeteria flash mob dance.
And then Michelle dougied with some kids in D.C. to the same song.
In May, Obama took her two daughters, Malia and Sasha, to a Beyoncé concert. And when asked in an interview with People, Michelle said she would be Beyoncé if she could trade places with any other person.
