Gwen Stefani joins CNN's New Year's Eve broadcast

Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Gwen Stefani has been added to CNN's New Year's Eve broadcast, which starts Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. ET.

The pop star will be on hand for a performance and interview from Las Vegas and will be joining Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen and CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, the network announced Wednesday.

Stefani will appear from the stage of her Just a Girl Las Vegas residency during CNN's New Year's Eve coverage, Billboard reported.

Stefani's Just a Girl residency will continue to run through February and March 2019 at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood.

Stefani recently denied being engaged to her boyfriend, country music star Blake Shelton, on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
