For travel starting in the U.S., prices on the Dublin and Edinburgh routes start at $399 and $599 roundtrip for the airline's "core experience" and starting at $1,999 and $2,499 for JetBlue's premium Mint first-class tickets.

"The success of our transatlantic service proves customers don't have to choose between great service and low fares and can have them both with our award-winning Mint and core products," said JetBlue CEO Robin Hayes in a statement. "Our summer seasonal service to Dublin and Edinburgh will bring a new level of service and affordable fares to these markets that have been dominated by high-fare legacy carriers for decades."

JetBlue currently offers daily nonstop service to London, Paris and Amsterdam from New York and London and Amsterdam from Boston.

JetBlue said Wednesday it will also launch year-round service from Boston Logan International Airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport starting April 3 and will add a second daily flight from New York to Paris on June 20, 2024.

The airline began service to Paris this summer.

As it announced the new flights JetBlue said it aims to " effectively cut aircraft emissions in half on a per-seat basis by 2035 from 2019 levels" in line with the Paris climate agreement. The airline expects to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2040 which it said is ten years ahead of broader airline industry targets.
