Watch live: Sean Spicer gives daily press briefing

By UPI Staff

March 27 (UPI) -- White House press secretary Sean Spicer will likely face questions about the failed Republican bill to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act during Monday's press briefing.

Spicer is scheduled to talk to reporters at 1:30 p.m. -- the first time since the GOP pulled the American Health Care Act from a House vote because there weren't enough votes to pass it.

He may also face questions about the nature of senior adviser Jared Kushner's new role leading an office created to combat what President Donald Trump describes as "government stagnation."

Meanwhile, on Trump's schedule Monday is a meeting with female small business owners. He will also lunch with Vice President Mike Pence and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

In the afternoon, Trump is expected to sign bills.
