SAN FRANCISCO, July 5 (UPI) -- Officials said the medical examiner will conduct a standard toxicology test on the body of a baseball fan found floating in San Francisco Bay.

But authorities refused to comment on the possibility of foul play, the San Francisco Examiner said.

Police spokesman Carlos Manfredi said the body of Victor Murillo, 27, of nearby Yolo County, Calif., was retrieved from waters Wednesday near the city's Embarcadero by firefighters using their fire boat. Murillo disappeared after attending a baseball game Jun. 25 at San Francisco's AT&T Park.

He worked as a prison guard at Vacaville.

Police said Murillo and a friend were walking to their car after a San Francisco Giants game Jun. 25, and when the friend looked up from his phone after sending a text message, Murillo was missing and presumed fallen into the water.

The Giants played the Los Angeles Dodgers on the night of the disappearance, and the Chronicle reported Murillo was a Dodgers fan.
