PRINCETON, N.J., Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney are virtually tied for the lead of the four-man race to become the Republican U.S. presidential nominee, Gallup said Tuesday.
Romney had 29 percent support to Gingrich's 28 percent, with Ron Paul and Rick Santorum receiving 13 percent and 11 percent, respectively, results indicated.
