It contained identification cards belonging to men from Utah, California and Texas, Fowler said.

Stewart, 18, of Aledo, said he found the IDs and kept them. He was arrested and charged with fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.

Searching Stewart's vehicle, deputies found about five grams of a substance believed to be Vicodin, about 10 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, the sheriff's office said.

Stewart was then charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. He was freed Monday after posting an $8,500 bond.
