At Tuesday's hearing, Shomari Williams testified she and Marshall had been doing drugs when they were approached by a man in a pickup truck. Williams said the man approached Marshall and she later saw Marshall on the ground shaking as the pickup truck drove away.

She said she ran away.

"I got scared," Williams said. "I thought he was going to come after me."
