Traficant racketeering trial winding down

CLEVELAND, April 1 (UPI) -- Outspoken Ohio Rep. James Traficant probably would disagree with the adage "a lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client. The colorful Trafficant is expected to wrap up his defense this week at his trial on federal bribery and racketeering charges.
